Add shared components: BreadcrumbBar, CommandPalette, CompanySwitcher, CommentThread, EmptyState, EntityRow, FilterBar, InlineEditor, MetricCard, PageSkeleton, PriorityIcon, PropertiesPanel, StatusIcon, SidebarNavItem/Section. Add contexts for breadcrumbs, dialogs, and side panels. Add keyboard shortcut hook and utility helpers. Update layout, sidebar, and main app shell.
